We value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the international nature of our sales, our return policy may vary depending on your country of residence.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

General Policy (All Other Countries)

For customers residing outside the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Brazil, and South Korea, returns are not accepted, unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at webhdx@gmail.com, providing:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Returns for Customers in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Brazil, and South Korea

If you are a consumer residing in one of the following regions or countries, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason:

  • 🇱🇮 Liechtenstein
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
  • 🇧🇷 Brazil

Conditions:

  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods.
  • The item must be returned in unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • We will refund the full amount of your purchase (including the original shipping cost, if any) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
    We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Exceptions

The right to return does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items,
  • Digital goods or downloads once accessed,
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Undelivered or Unclaimed Shipments

We are not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or by the customer’s failure to claim or receive the package.

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,
  • failure to collect the package from a postal office, courier, or customs facility,
  • or refusal to pay applicable import duties or taxes,

the following rules apply:

  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • The return shipping cost (if charged to us by the carrier) will be deducted from any refund.
  • If you wish to have the item reshipped, you may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the package has been safely returned to us.

We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and monitoring any delivery notifications provided by your local postal or courier service.
