We ship worldwide from Poland.
Shipping times, methods, and costs vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping option.
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate to avoid delays or undelivered shipments.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
In exceptional cases (such as high order volume, holidays, or supply delays), processing time may take up to 7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing times.
Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination country and local postal or customs operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- the total weight of the order,
- the destination country, and
- the selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available only during promotions or when a discount code is provided.
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Each parcel is accompanied by a CN-22 customs declaration.
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is processed through the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system.
This means that VAT is collected at the time of purchase, ensuring no additional import taxes or customs fees within the EU.
For countries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional charges caused by customs clearance or import regulations.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
For Priority International Mail, full tracking may not always be available for all destinations — in some cases, tracking updates appear only after the package arrives in the destination country.
For Global Expres shipments, full end-to-end tracking is generally available.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address,
- unclaimed delivery,
- or refusal to pay customs duties or taxes,
the following rules apply:
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
- If you wish to have the order reshipped, you may be required to cover the re-shipping cost.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after we have received the returned package.
